Before we start
In writing
Within 48 hours of our call you get a fixed scope, a fixed price, your shoot dates and a shot plan, all in writing. Nothing is a surprise once filming starts.
A 50% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due on delivery, and payment is by bank transfer. Once the deposit clears I send the shot plan and call sheet.
Turnaround
The first cut usually lands about a week after the shoot. Social edits and stills often come sooner. Revisions are included, and the number is set out in your written quote. If you need it faster, tell me on the call and I will say whether the schedule allows it.
